• Early check in can be arranged.
• Special Celebration Package of Champagne, strawberries & chocolates can be arranged at an additional cost, please mention whilst booking.
• Special rates apply for stays of three nights or more.
• Although we like animals, we are sorry but our policy is not to accommodate any and we do not have any of our own.
• Card payments of final balance will be subject to 2 ½% charge.
• Extra beds which may be in rooms above occupancy booked, will be charged at £10 per stay if used.

Bed and Breakfast Cancellation Policy.

• If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 20% of all nights booked will be charged.
• If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
